Where does my money go?
 
Your checks made payable to Baumgardner Funeral Home, Inc. are deposited within thirty (30) days after receipt of each payment; except such amount as it is authorized by law to keep (one-half of the sum collected, but not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the contract). The deposit will go into a FEDERALLY INSURED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WITHIN THIS STATE for the accumulated earning thereon, and will remain in said institution until death occurs or the purchaser desires to cancel said contract. The money you invest in contract is protected and annually audited by the Texas Department of Banking.
